Description The Board of Directors of Lion Asiapac Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Advent Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd ("Advent"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of AE Technol Pte Ltd which in turn is a subsidiary of the Company, was placed under members' voluntary winding up and dissolved on 17 January 2012 pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Malaysia Companies Act, 1985.

The dissolution of Advent is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the Company and of the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2012.
